Prior to joining CP, Mr. Lemanowicz served as Engineering Department Manager reporting directly to the Principal-in-Charge of the firm's office. He managed engineering workload and scheduling for the fourteen person office, and also served as client representative. In varying degrees, he was responsible for marketing, business development, proposals, design oversight, billing, and collections. Mr. Lemanowicz has served numerous municipalities in one or more of the following capacities: Director of Public Works, Municipal Engineer, Assistant Municipal Engineer, Special Projects Engineer, Land Use Board Engineer, Land Use Board Planner, Board of Health Engineer, Floodplain Manager, and Recycling Coordinator. He is also a member of the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers and the Association of State Floodplain Managers. Mr. Lemanowicz is responsible for CP Engineers' Civil/Municipal Engineering Department.
