Mr. Clark has over twenty-four years of experience in civil/municipal and environmental engineering, managing projects for a wide client base of public and private clients related to infrastructure, facilities and other projects in the built environment. His environmental experience includes implementation and management of contaminant investigation and remediation design at hazardous materials/waste sites, regulatory compliance and hazardous waste reduction protocols for a major petrochemical client, site remediation of soil and groundwater contamination, environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for civil engineering projects and due diligence/regulatory compliance for commercial and industrial real estate transactions. He has diverse experience in the analysis, design and construction of civil engineering projects, including site plan and subdivision layout, recreation and athletic field design and layout, watershed hydrologic analyses, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design for storm sewer and storm water management facilities, sanitary sewer design, individual subsurface disposal systems, petroleum facility design, grading, roadways, dam hazard classification analyses, dam reconstruction and rehabilitation, floodplain determinations for non-delineated waters, building structural inspection and evaluation, structural design and analysis and geotechnical/ foundation design. Mr. Clark also has extensive knowledge of New Jersey regulatory and permitting requirements as they relate to the planning and implementation of engineering, utility and environmental projects. He has also provided engineering design and consulting services for numerous New Jersey counties and municipalities, including serving as Board Engineer for the City of Orange Township Planning and Zoning Boards.
